Rental Management Program

The Turks and Caicos Islands, in particular Providenciales, is one of the world's premier vacation destinations. And with that, Villa del Mar is able to offer the balance between high-quality luxury resort lifestyle, while maintaining the peaceful tranquility of the Caribbean experience.

Philosophy

10 Ltd., an affiliate of DPS Club Management LLC ("DPS") was selected for Villa del Mar's Rental Management Program because of their proven expertise. They will oversee the smooth and efficient running of the resort and services, as well as operation of the the Homeowners Association. The expert management of the Resort will add to the enjoyment of your residence and maximize the return on your investment.

How It Works

  • By becoming a part of the Rental Management Program, owners will be able to earn income when they are not using their suites.
  • The Gross Rental Revenue will be split (50:50) between the owner and Management Company.
  • The Management Company will issue quarterly statements to update Owners of their rental incomes.
  • The Management Company's portion of the Gross Rental Revenue will be applied towards:
    • Marketing, sales and administration of Villa del Mar Resort
    • Concierge and security services
    • Daily housekeeping and laundry services
    • Guest services
  • Owners who wish to opt out of the Rental Management Program may do so at their discretion with adequate notice
